Jim Acosta of CNN warns that Tea Party members should not be referred to as radicals. Former California governor Arnold Schwarzenegger is working on drafting a constitutional amendment that would allow him to run for President. Schwarzenegger  was born in Austria which disqualifies him for the presidency according to Article 2 of the Constitution. Cenk gives Indiegogo shoutouts and reads #TYTLive tweets. Steve Lonegan ran an incredibly homophobic campaign for US Senator of New Jersey against Senator-elect Cory Booker. During his concession speech, his wife placed her hand on his shoulder to console him and he annoyingly sweeps her hand away. The awkward incident was caught on video and has since gone viral on the internet. The stenographer who went apeshit on the House floor and spouted religious based protest appeared on Greta Van Susteren. FreedomWorks CEO, Matt Kibbe, addresses the rift within the Republican party between the Tea Party faction and mainstream corporate Republicans. He predicts that the Tea Party will eventually take over the GOP altogether, essentially becoming the second major political party having stolen the Republican brand.

Fox News’ Gretchen Carlson falsely reports the death of Representative Bill Young and has to retract the statement. The enigmatic artist Banksy has been creating art on the streets of New York City. Mayor Bloomberg is adamantly against Banksy’s work and cites defacement of property and a “loss of control”. A new book about New York Yankee thirdbaseman Alex Rodriguez alleges that he engaged in soliciting prostitution and sometimes hired two a night twice a week for sex in his Manhattan apartment. Should this even be news? Melissa McCarthy appears on the cover of Elle magazine wearing a baggy grey peacoat. The actress’ hidden figure sparks controversy among the magazine’s readers.
