Bashar Al-Assad spoke with Charlie Rose about John Kerry’s lack of evidence that the government did in fact launch the chemical weapons on citizens.  He pointed out that America has a diminished level of credibility after Colin Powell ruined it with his evidence on Iraq.  Denis McDonough went on a media blitz on Sunday to make the case for a Syrian strike, but his words weren’t helpful.  Cenk has come to the conclusion that we don’t have enough evidence to go into Syria, especially if things go wrong. Charlie Rose interview.  While in London, John Kerry said that our intervention could be averted if Assad turns over all of his chemical weapons by the end of the week.  Russians responded by agreeing that Syria should give up their chemical weapons to avoid attack.  The Syrian Foreign Minister has agreed and says that they’re willing to give them up.  Cenk points out that this is a great way to end our shaky case for attack. New poll shows that even with definitive proof that the Syrian government used chemical weapons on its people, Americans are still against it.  Lindsey Graham spoke with US News about how he supports an attack on Syria, but he doesn’t want another Iraq or Afghanistan.  He went on to claim that if we don’t go in, a war could break out between Iran and Israel, causing a nuclear weapon from Iran to find its way to American shores.  George Zimmerman in trouble, arrested for threatening his estranged wife and her father with a gun.  Michele Bachmann, Steve King, and Louie Gohmert recorded a 15 minute video in support of the Egyptian military, calling for undying American support against the Muslim Brotherhood. Cat fight between Mayor Bloomberg and Bill De Blasio after Bloomberg claimed that De Blasio was running a campaign full of class warfare and racism.  Bill De Blasio responded at a campaign event, defending his stances and his interracial family.
