A guy posted a video named, Why I Would Hate to be Asian.  After being defiant to the criticism at first, he seems to have seen the stupidity of it.  NJ police are being investigated after one punched a woman in the face.  Arkansas legislation have banned abortion past 12 weeks. Miss Teen Delaware was busted for being in a porno and had to resign.  Study on the type of people that smoke weed shows that a lot of people in Silicon Valley love to smoke.  Cenk talks about why he hates coupons so much.  Gallup’s latest report on obesity in America shows that Colorado is the least obese, while West Virginia continues to be the most obese for the 3rd year straight. A male ballerina admitted to planning an acid attack on the organizer for not putting him in on more solos. Cenk and Ana discuss the importance of ballet dancers.  The most tattooed man is going to be part of a TV show called Freakshow.  TYT Supreme Court decides if this guy is an artist, or crazy.  Students at Columbia are hoarding Nutella that the school provides, taking it home in mass amounts.

Sen. Carl Levin has decided to retire, but Cenk is calling it running for the hills. Rand Paul’s filibuster of Brennan over the drone program has ended. What was accomplished? The White House has responded by saying the president doesn’t have the right to kill U.S. citizens on home soil.  Video of Paul expressing his satisfaction with the result.  The Wall St Journal criticized Paul’s filibuster, telling him to calm down.  John McCain also ridiculed Paul for his principled stance. Video of Lindsey Graham defending the drone program on the Senate floor.  Video of Dick Durbin challenging Paul by referencing the emergency of bringing down the 4th plane on 9-11.  In the end, Durbin was convinced of Rand’s position.  Now that Paul’s filibuster was successful, several progressive Democrats had excuses for not showing up. The Quiet filibuster against another one of Obama’s nominees continues.  His Circuit Court appointees are held up an average of 100 days, while Bush’s were held up 15 days.  The Justice Dept. has concluded that it would be detrimental to punish the illegal activities of the big banks.
