The Insane Clown Posse is suing the FBI for labeling their fans as gang members.

Hour 1 Segment 1 Cenk hosting today. Todd Akin’s “legitimate rape” comments still developing. After the Republicans deny that Akin’s comments are not in line with the Party, their platform explicitly agrees with him through legislation. Segment 2 Republican Congressman Kevin Yoder went skinny dipping in the Sea of Galiee last year while on an official trip. Cenk wants to let him go. Democratic Rep was caught having sex with a 17 year old guy at a truck stop. He shouldn’t be driven out of politics over this since it is legal. NYPD was tracking Muslims for years without any good reason. Details behind how they determined who to chase after. Segment 3 Paul Ryan campaigning in Pennsyvania with a big banner that read, “We DID Build That!” Cenk points out that Ryan did build the U.S. deficit. Video of Bill Clinton and Paul Ryan palling around, showing that Dems are going to go with what Republicans have planned, too. Video of Obama speaking about reaching a deal to balance the deficit.
