Hour 2 Segment 1 Ana joins Ben for SCS. Fatal police shooting in Michigan where a suspect wielding a knife was shot over 40 times by the authorities. Family of the victim wonder why no investigation has been conducted yet, after this happened in July. 3 members of the Pussy Riot group have been convicted of hooliganism and have been sentenced to 2 years in jail. The founder of CopBlog.org is dedicated to shining a light on police officers abusing students. He uncovered one video of a cop that smashed a student’s head into a desk on a campus and was convicted of wiretapping for taping the beating. An Oxford professor said that once we figure out how to genetically engineer babies to be ethical, it is our moral obligation to do so. Chinese officials are embarrassed by swingers pictures they took with some ladies. A woman is suing the Dallas Cowboys for negligence after the stadium seats burned her ass to the 3rd degree. A news anchor in Ohio successfully sued Hustler magazine for publishing pictures of her participation in a wet t-shirt contest back in ‘03.

Hour 1 Segment 1 Ben Mankiewicz and Michael Shure hosting. Story about how supporting our troops has become a passing thing. Ending the war in Afghanistan has been totally forgotten. Ann Romney talks about how they released as many tax returns as legally required. The Obama campaign offered to not talk about Romney’s tax returns anymore if the Romney camp releases 5 years of his returns. Romney’s campaign responded by declining the invitation. David Simon of The Wire lambasted Romney for the 13% he paid and bragged about. Segment 2 Tax Policy Center’s findings on Romney’s tax plan that would raise taxes on the Middle Class. After Conservatives attacked them as being biased, they re-ran their numbers and proved the case all over again. The campaign has been particularly unclear on what their plans are for fixing the country’s financial woes. Paul Ryan is reeling, trying to explain why he requested stimulus funds that he constantly railed on. Paul Ryan talked about how he enjoys Tom Morello of Rage Against the Machine, more for the sound, but not so much for the lyrics. Morello responded. Video of Bruce Springsteen and Morello playing. Segment 3 Hannity yelled at a Democratic guest outlining the obvious problems with the voter ID laws. Talk about Biden’s “unchained” comments. Talk about Toure’s “niggerization” comments.
