Monday, July 30, 2012 Hour 1 Segment 1 Cenk hosting today. Mitt Romney and President Obama still fighting over trying to prove who loves Israel more. Just before Romney took his trip there, Obama increased even more the financial support we’re giving them. He also pledged a blind veto of anything that’s not in the best interest of Israel, no matter what they might have done. Mitt Romney insinuated that Israel has a better culture than Palestinians because their GDP is higher than Palestine. He ignored the bold fact that they have been occupied by the Israelis and don’t have control over their own borders and trade. Segment 2 Dick Cheney spoke with ABC News and railed on Obama, and Palin as the GOP candidate in ‘08. Cenk is annoyed that Obama went out of his way to be nice to Cheney, only to have him tear the president apart anyway. McCain responded by saying he and Cheney disagree, especially on torture, Cheney liked torture. Video of Jack Kevorkian’s former attorney’s political ad, calling out Romney’s alleged attack of a classmate for having long hair. Segment 3 Member Thanks. Romney ad that takes Obama’s words about “our plan” that worked. While he was obviously referring to Democrats’ past plans vs. Republican plans, Romney made it seem like he was bragging about the current state of the economy. Romney danced around the issue of his tax rate again with ABC News. Harry Reid went off on fellow Democrat Bill Magwood for lying to his face.
